Good point. Though the fallacy fallacy is just a special case of Denying the Antecedent:

  1. If [argument is sound], then [conclusion is true].
  2. [argument] is not sound.
  3. Therefore, [conclusion] is not true.
Similar to:

  1. If it has rained, then the street is wet.
  2. It hasn't rained.
  3. Therefore, the street isn't wet.
